Our key advantage is that as a smaller firm we work with a more concentrated client base and so do not encounter the conflict of interest issues that so many of the global search firms are with. Additionally we are highly research based giving us access to potential applicants in most of the key global financial centres. We are able to execute assignments in both developed and emerging financial centres.
